Content Guidelines

Our content policy, outlined below, applies to all content published on our platform, kivvon.com. Content on KiVVON encompasses digital content in any format or medium, including user comments, texts, images, videos, and audio files published by channel owners or users. Our commitment is to maintain the highest standards of quality, ethics, and responsibility in line with the following principles:

1. General

KiVVON upholds the values of freedom of opinion, expression, and the press, considering these fundamental prerequisites for progress on our platform. However, users are obligated not to publish any content on our platform that may, in content, form, design, or any other way, violate applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of others. This includes refraining from publishing content that violates criminal law, competition law, or the law protecting minors, as well as content that infringes on the rights of third parties, such as name, trademark, copyright, image, and data protection rights.

KiVVON maintains a strong commitment to personal rights and human dignity and does not permit attacks in this regard.

2. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content on KiVVON that violates our content policy, you can report it directly through the platform's "Report" function or by emailing hello@kivvon.com We will review the content and take appropriate action.

KiVVON is not a platform for the promotion of violence, disinformation, hate, or harmful content. We retain the right to remove such content, block its dissemination, prevent access to specific areas, individuals, groups, or user accounts associated with such content, or delete it without prior notice.

KiVVON is committed to fostering open exchange of ideas, but this commitment has limits when unlawful insults, harm, or injury result from content. We rely on the cooperation of all users to ensure fair and open engagement.

When we identify content that may violate this policy, we will assess whether the conditions for blocking the content, user, or channel owner are met. If required by applicable law, we are obligated to report serious violations to the relevant authorities.

3. Unacceptable Content on KiVVON

3.1. Hate Speech and Hate Messages

KiVVON strictly prohibits individuals and groups from disseminating hate messages or hateful content on the platform. Such content will be removed immediately upon detection.

Hate messages include, but are not limited to:

Racism and xenophobia, encompassing incitement to violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, colour, ancestry, religion, belief, national or ethnic origin.
Publicly condoning, denying, or trivializing genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes when such actions incite violence or hatred.
Significant incitement against individuals, including public figures, and significant threats against their life, limb, or property.
Denigration of a person's sexual identity or orientation.
Trivialization or glorification of violence and extremism.
Insulting the memory of a deceased person.
Dissemination of discriminatory and trivializing conspiracy theories, such as Holocaust denial.
Insulting congregations, religious communities, and ideological associations.
Supporting individuals or groups that endorse hateful acts and spread prejudice.

3.2. Fake News

KiVVON prohibits the publication of fake news, black propaganda, or disinformation on the platform. Incorrect content that undermines trust, promotes discrimination, prejudice, and hatred, or endangers the safety of our users will be deleted. Users who create, share, and disseminate such content may face suspension.

This category includes, among other things:

Misleading and false claims that encourage discrimination, prejudice, and hatred.
Misleading and false claims that lead to harassment and bullying of individuals, organizations, or groups.
Manipulated audio and video files that intentionally erode trust.
Misleading and false claims that jeopardize the integrity of voting and elections.
Medical misinformation that endangers the safety and health of our users, including false claims about safety and public health emergencies.

3.3. Cyberbullying and Harassment

KiVVON opposes the defamation, antagonism, or offense of individuals or groups and retains the right to delete offensive and insulting posts.

Unacceptable content on the platform includes, but is not limited to:

Denigration of individuals or groups based on their gender, ancestry, race, language, country of origin, creed, religious or political views, or disability.
Images edited to humiliate.
Sexual innuendo about individuals and invitations or offers of sexual acts.
Offensive comments, criticism, insults, offensive images, or texts.
Mocking individuals who are grieving or experiencing sensitive emotions.
Humiliating or mocking individuals based on their sexual orientation, sexual history, or past relationships.

3.4. Supporting Criminals and Terrorist Actions

KiVVON does not allow individuals and groups advocating or glorifying violence to use the platform. The platform reserves the right to delete content that supports any of the following actions:

Dissemination of propaganda material from unconstitutional and terrorist organizations.
Use of symbols associated with unconstitutional and terrorist organizations.
Establishment of criminal or terrorist organizations domestically or abroad.
Instruction to commit a crime.
Public incitement to commit offenses.
Rewarding and approving criminal acts.
Disturbing public peace by threatening to commit a crime.
Provoking individuals.

3.5. Personal Data

KiVVON does not permit the dissemination of confidential and personal data. Consequently, the platform deletes the following types of content, among others:

Private addresses, telephone numbers, and other contact details.
Personal identification documents.
Passwords and usernames.
Private, financial, or medical data.
Violation of the most private sphere of life and personality rights through image recordings.
Images of private individuals whose rights over their own images are infringed by the dissemination or public display of these images.

If you find unwanted, private material (photos, information about yourself) on KiVVON, please report it to us.

3.6. Harmful Behaviour and Self-Harm

KiVVON does not serve as a platform for discussions that endorse substance abuse, eating disorders, self-harm, or suicide. Accordingly, the platform deletes content that promotes these themes, including but not limited to:

Quotes and statements that encourage suicidal thoughts.
Instructions and encouragement to self-harm.
Images and posts featuring self-harm.
Disturbing and alarming images.
Mocking individuals who have attempted suicide, died by suicide, or engaged in self-harm.
Insensitive treatment of individuals who self-harm.

3.7. Sexual Harassment / Pornographic Content

KiVVON does not tolerate sexual harassment or pornography on the platform. The platform is accessible to users under the age of sixteen with parental consent, and offensive content will be removed. This includes:

Sexual harassment of users and third parties.
Offensive, sexist, obscene, vulgar, degrading, or hateful material and expressions.
Images of naked people whose poses suggest pornographic intentions.
Fetish images and pictorial representations of sexual activity.
Explicit sexual depictions.

We endeavour to distinguish as far as possible between actual pornography and the depiction of the naked human body in the context of relevant themes. These themes include health education and wellness, sexual health, breastfeeding, and art.

3.8. Abuse

KiVVON firmly disapproves of and does not support the abuse of individuals or animals. The platform is committed to removing content, restricting its distribution, and deleting user accounts that imply financial, sexual, or physical exploitation.

This includes but is not limited to:

Exploitation, inappropriate graphic depictions, sexual comments, and sexual exploitation of minors. KiVVON will promptly contact the relevant law enforcement authorities if such content is detected.
Promoting sexual services, such as escort services, prostitution, sex cams, or services suggestive of physical or sexual exploitation.
Engaging in unauthorized commercial activities, such as human trafficking or trading products derived from protected species, endangered animals, or organs.
Publishing photographs and graphic images of a private or sexual nature that have not been taken or published with mutual consent, such as so-called "upskirt images" or "revenge pornography.”

3.9. Network Marketing

KiVVON takes measures to block activities that demonstrate illegal activities in network marketing. Corresponding content will be deleted.

Network marketing, multi-level marketing (MLM), referral marketing, or structured selling is a specialized form of direct selling. Unlike traditional direct selling, customers are incentivized to recruit other customers as independent sales partners. Depending on their structure, network marketing systems may resemble illegal pyramid schemes or may attempt to pass off as legitimate network marketing.

3.10. Spam

On KiVVON, we strive to ensure that the content and ideas on our platform are interesting and valuable to our users. To maintain a quality user experience, we diligently remove all detected spam content. We kindly request our users be mindful of KiVVON's impact on others and refrain from spreading spam as much as possible.

Our definition of spam includes:

Content that is irrelevant, misleading, or merely repetitious of known posts.
Links to misleading or unreliable pages that provide no added value to users.
Unsolicited and misleading messages.

3.11. Paid Content

Paid content in user comments is discouraged on KiVVON and will be removed by our moderation team. Paid content typically involves users being compensated or rewarded for posting or distributing content with a specific focus or intent on the platform.

3.12. Advertisement Content

Channel owners can integrate paid product placements, recommendations, sponsorships, and other forms of advertising into their content. The following guidelines must be observed:

Advertisements must comply with applicable legal regulations and be clearly labelled.
This must be explicitly stated if an advertisement is not subject to KiVVON's regulations. No false impression of a connection with our platform should be conveyed.
Advertisements created by third parties are the sole responsibility of the channel owners.
If advertisements violate our content guidelines, policies, or terms of use, we reserve the right to remove the promotional content from the platform without prior notice.

The following products and services are not allowed to be advertised in your content:

Illegal products or services.
Sex or escort services.
Adult content only.
Matchmaking services.
Medicines.
Non-prescription medicines.
Services related to cheating in exams or examinations.
Hacker attacks, phishing, or spyware.
Explosives and explosive devices.
Fraudulent or misleading transactions and actions.
